1. Nature of the content

The briefs, analysis, data and scenarios published on Talay Insight are provided for general information and analysis. They are not investment advice or an investment advisory service. Under Turkish Capital Markets Law No. 6362, investment advice may be given only by authorised institutions under a personalised agreement, and similar rules apply in other jurisdictions. The direction indicators in the asset-class tables are general, scenario-dependent assessments; they contain no specific security, price target or trade timing and must not be used as the basis for buying or selling decisions.

2. Method and artificial intelligence

Our content is prepared from open sources, market data and AI-assisted analysis, and passes through automated verification rules. Every analysis includes its sources and a methodology note. Factual errors can be reported to serhatg@luapps.app; verified errors are corrected openly, with the date of the correction.

3. Intellectual property

The text, maps, charts and logo on the site belong to Lu Apps LLC. Short quotations are permitted with attribution and a link, within the limits of Article 35 of Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Reproducing, republishing or systematically collecting all or a substantial part of the content by automated means without permission, including for training artificial intelligence models, is prohibited.

4. Unacceptable use

Unauthorised scanning to test the security of the site, automated form filling, starting a subscription on someone else's behalf and any attempt to disrupt the service are prohibited. If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to serhatg@luapps.app.

5. Limitation of liability

We take the utmost care over the accuracy of our content; however, given the nature of geopolitical developments, content reflects the information available at the time of publication and no guarantee of completeness is given.
